Coach Talk

Indy.Ant
Spotting mismatches is a huge component to winning in football. Fueled by solid performances by James Conner and Tarik Cohen, our team certainly made that a point of emphasis this past week. We thoroughly outscored goodspeed at the running back position (41 points to 15.9). Conner had 129 total yards and two TDs, while Cohen logged 121 yards.

Unless goodspeed wants to go full diva-mode, then "not getting enough opportunities" is not a reasonable excuse this time around. Our pass-catching corps (three WR and one TE) collectively got a healthy 28 targets in Week 6. Chemistry seems to be the primary problem, as that group reeled in only 15 receptions.
