Player Notes

  • Will be questionable for Game 4
Leonard (knee) will be questionable for Sunday's Game 4 against the Mavericks, head coach Tyronn Lue told Joey Linn of SI.com.

Advice: Leonard logged 25 minutes in Friday's Game 3 loss, finishing with nine points (4-7 FG, 1-1 FT), nine rebounds and two assists, but he didn't look as fluid in his movements as he did in Game 2, where he was able to play 35 minutes while pouring 15 points, seven rebounds and four steals. His official status will be determined closer to Sunday's 3.30 p.m. ET tipoff, but if he's ruled out, then Terance Mann and Amir Coffey would be in line to pick up extra minutes. • Available to play Saturday
Kornet (calf) is available for Saturday's game against the Heat.

Advice: The availability of Kornet means the Celtics will be at full strength for Game 3 of the series against the Heat. Kornet should see minutes off the bench, though he's likely to have a very limited role with both Kristaps Porzingis and Al Horford available. Rotowire.com 12 minutes ago
  • Franz Wagner drops 34/13/4 in Game 4 win over Cavs
Franz Wagner led the Magic with 34 points (13-of-17 FGs), 13 rebounds, four assists, one block and two triples in a 112-89 win over Cleveland in Game 4 on Saturday.

Advice: Wagner took over in the third quarter, scoring 12 points in the period as Orlando outscored the Cavs 37-10. The Magic trailed by nine points at halftime, but they won by 23 because of elite defense and Wagner’s offense. He has been solid in this series, but Wagner played like a true star in this one, which was needed with Paolo Banchero (9 points) struggling. They tied the series up with two convincing wins, and they’ll need to bring some of this offense with them to Cleveland for Game 5 if they want to take a lead in this series. After averaging 84.5 points in the first two games of this series, they have averaged 116.5 over the last two. Rotoworld 20 minutes ago
  • Evan Mobley turns in 14/9/3/2/2 line in Game 4
Evan Mobley posted a full line with 14 points (6-of-13 FGs), nine rebounds, three assists, two steals and two blocks against the Magic on Saturday.

Advice: Mobley scored 12 of his 14 points before halftime, and he was able to turn in a complete line in the Game 4 loss. This was a solid performance in the box score for him, but the second half was a disappointment for the team. Mobley didn’t do much in 22 minutes in the blowout loss in Game 3, but he was more effective in this game. With the series tied 2-2, they’ll need another performance like this out of Mobley in order to secure the Game 5 win at home on Tuesday. Rotoworld 29 minutes ago
  • Jarrett Allen leads Cavs with 21/9 line in loss
Jarrett Allen led Cleveland with 21 points (8-of-11 FGs), nine rebounds and one steal in a 112-89 loss to the Magic in Game 4 on Saturday.

Advice: Like everyone on Cleveland, most of Allen’s production came in the first half, and he only added five points after the break. The team only had 29 points after halftime, with some of that coming in garbage time. The Cavs couldn’t get anything going in the second half, but Allen was still able to have some success, which has been the case for most of this series. Allen’s numbers were better in their home games, and the series will shift back to Cleveland for Game 5. Allen will need to control the glass if they want to avoid going down 3-2 in this series.
