YANKLERS come back to top Ducks Go Pro 88.62-82.04 despite falling short of projections
Both teams failed to live up to expectations, but YANKLERS did enough to beat Ducks Go Pro. Predicted to lose by a score of 129.33-106.51, YANKLERS came back to earn a 88.62-82.04 victory over Ducks Go Pro. Despite trailing 77.14-64.40 heading into Monday night, YANKLERS charged back behind Alvin Kamara (16.3 points) and Drew Brees (7.92). Lamar Jackson (131 Pass Yds, 1 Pass TD, 95 Rush Yds) and Davante Adams (8 Rec, 119 Rec Yds) carried the flag for Ducks Go Pro in defeat. This marks the second time this season YANKLERS have knocked off Ducks Go Pro, after winning 155.72-142.68 in their last matchup. YANKLERS will look to clinch the championship next week, while Ducks Go Pro attempt to rebound and finish the season with a win in the 3rd Place game.
Fairbairn (5-5 FG, 53 long, 2-2 XP) scored 22 points against the Jets in Week 15. His scoring output more-than-doubled his 9.4-point projection and was much higher than his 10.8-point season scoring average. Fairbairn ranks #72 among all fantasy players this season and will face the Eagles next week.
YANKLERS
Hey, we'll definitely take the win, YANKLERS! Having said that, if we want to take our performance to the next level, then here's one area where we can improve. Our starting quarterback was significantly outplayed this past week. Lamar Jackson went 14-of-23 for 131 yards and one touchdowns for Ducks Go Pro, and all Drew Brees could produce was a 23-for-35 outing for 203 passing yards and an ugly interception. Let's bounce back with a big statement in Week 16!
Ducks Go Pro
Three wide receivers, three running backs, one tight end, zero touchdowns: The seven starting offensive position players on Ducks Go Pro combined to register a healthy 463 yards from scrimmage. Not one of those players was able to find paydirt in Week 15.
